SHIPPING & RETURNS
IMPORTANT ALWAYS DOUBLE CHECK THE ADDRESS YOU ENTER IN THE MAIN CHECKOUT!
Paypal addresses, if different to the address you enter in the main checkout, are ignored, therefore it is VITAL you check what you enter in the checkout is 100% correct.
If this is not correct you have 3 hours to email email@example.com with the correct address. After this time it may be processed and may be to late to change. If your order is returned by the shipping company because you entered the wrong address, it will be refunded minus shipping.
USA Prices are $8 USD or FREE if you spend over $80.
UK delivery prices are Â£3.99 or FREE if you spend over Â£80.
EU delivery prices are Â£18.00 or FREE if you spend over Â£80.
Canada is $18 CAD or FREE if you spend over $80.
No profits are made from shipping costs and they are often undercharged.
Delivery & Dispatch Estimated Times
I would say about 95% of orders ship out within 2 working days, but please allow up to 3 as a worst case scenario during busy periods. Please note there is no "same day" shipping.
USA, CANADA and EU orders ship via DHL Express and normally arrive 2-4 working days after shipping. Since Royal Mail partnered with GLS we do not use them for overseas orders due to a high number of complaints and have switched to DHL.
UK orders ship via Royal Mail Signed and normally arrive 1-2 days working days after shipping. Sometimes if the order is high value it may be sent via DHL.
Orders for the rest of the world ship via either Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed or DHL express, orders generally arrive in about 1 week but can be longer or sooner.
Delivery times are estimates only based on the majority of orders and are NOT guaranteed as they depend on the courier. Also as with all shipping services, orders may be subject to delays sometimes from weather, natural disasters, customs, unforeseen circumstances, driver error, courier delays, road accidents etc etc. This is normal regardless of what you buy or whom you buy it from as there is no such thing as a 100% guaranteed delivery time, couriers are only human after all so please be patient if something like this occurs and check your tracking info daily. Also bear in mind time differences between countries.
Customs Duties and Tax Charges
UK, US and EU customers will NOT receive any customs charges due to free trade and high US import threshold limits ($800).
All other destinations may receive charges, and the customer must pay these. Failure to do so may result in your order being destroyed without refund or returned. If returned you will be refunded minus shipping and a Â£10 return charge.
Places that cannot be Shipped too...
The Middle East, Asia, Australia, Africa, Norway, Ireland, countries currently experiencing war and/or civil unrest, remote areas, the Channel islands, Germany and some other countries. If the checkout does not allow shipping to your country, sorry, but PowerOfTheHerb does not ship to you.
We can not ship to safe places, & will not accept instructions to leave your package around the back, on the porch, in the bin, etc etc, as all items require a signature upon receipt.
NEVER ORDER MORE THAN ONE BOTTLE OF ANYTHING YOU HAVE NOT TRIED BEFORE, BECAUSE NOT A SINGLE SUPPLEMENT OR MEDICINE ON THIS PLANET IS GUARANTEED TO WORK FOR EVERYONE AND ALL MAY HAVE SIDE EFFECTS TO SOME DEGREE.
If you change your mind about an order it must be returned within 7 days, un-opened and un damaged with all seals in place at your own expense with proof of postage such as a signature. We can refund the price of the item but we will not refund the shipping costs. Please email before returning anything as you will need a reference number for the warehouse to accept the return, and also to link the return to you. If you do not email first, the return may be returned back to you.
As all of the products for sale are dietary supplements, we do not accept returns for any reason at all once a bottle or pouch has been opened or tampered with, as they cannot be re-sold once opened.
Max Order Policy
To prevent large losses in the rare case that an item goes missing in transit, customers may only order up to $270 or Â£165 worth of products at a time (basically 3 bottles). If you ignore this rule and order more, the order may be split up in to packages worth up to the above amounts, and then shipped separately.
The second part will not be shipped until the first part is received by you, and so on. It is strongly recommended and is also common sense that you should not order large amounts of any product, regardless of what it is or where it is from, until you have tried and know that you like the product first, as consumable items can NOT be returned under any circumstances once opened.
Once we have shipped your item and provided you with tracking information, you can check your status online.
Royal Mail will NOT class any order as missing until 15 days have passed from the latest due date if you reside in the UK, or 25 working days if outside the UK.
Once the amount of days specified by the postal service have passed, and any requested searches are complete, if you still do not have the item it will be replaced.
